We are excited to launch our apprenticeship programme for those wishing to advance their careers and achieve the Advanced Beauty Therapist Level 3 qualification.

Our new programme has been designed to support you learning the holistic approaches to providing, designing and implementing bespoke treatment plans to your clients. These advanced treatments include manual therapies, massage techniques and the technical therapies such as face and body electrical treatments.

Your journey on the programme will also introduce you to and expand your knowledge regarding organisational operations, data processing, business systems and processes within a clinic setting. Working to protocols and high standards, you will learn how you can support achieving clinic financial targets and actively be involved in cross selling, product promotions and new launches.

Main Responsibilities:

Providing front of house cover ​and support for the clinic and the clinic manager, including taking payments from patients and customers.

Conducting preparation calls to enhance the client journey and experience​ and to actively encourage patients to complete patient questionnaires.

Capture images and where necessary take client photographs as required for both pre and post treatment.

Undertaking technical training to use the in-house client portal and keep accurate and immediate records for every enquiry including assessment and any advice given and where a client consent is signed.

Ensuring daily treatment room set up​, set down and equipment check is routinely performed.

Collating, analysing, and updating the clinic manager on client feedback​ and where appropriate act on or escalate.

Undertaking elements of basic skin consultations​ and observation (*when fully trained and under the direct guidance and supervision of a senior practitioner)

*Performing facial treatments​*Performing Radio Frequency & or LED Light Therapy Treatments (*clinic specific and under supervision)​

Maintaining stock level, assisting stock takes, and stock replenishment​ for clinic.

Adhering to professional frameworks and complying with Health & Safety legislation, CQC, HIW and HIS standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

To apply for the apprenticeship programme you will be required to have the following:

- Essential: NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapist through Academic studies.
- Desirable: 12 months experience working within the beauty industry, travel, leisure and or health sectors, which can be in a variety of settings, including clinics, salons, spas, aesthetic environments
- 5 GCSE’s (Grade C or Grade 4 or above) including Maths and English (Functional Skills or equivalent can be considered).
- Customer centric with an interest in cross/up selling
- Team Player
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

The Programme:

This programme is fully funded by Cosmetology Company and upon successful completion of the course, including an end-point assessment you will achieve the Advanced Beauty Therapist Level 3 certification.
